As you approach Tidewater on Little River Neck Road, the Plantation side is on the left. It borders on the Intracoastal Waterway. The Bluffs side is on the right. The Bluffs borders on the Cherry Grove Marsh and is closer to the ocean. The numbers on the lots are house numbers, not lot numbers.
